The Maserati 3500 GT Spyder Vignale, chassis number 101.504/C, shown here was completed in February 1960 as the seventh Spider 3500GT built to the special request of its first owner, an engineer from Genoa. It was Giovanni Michelotti who worked on this bodywork.
Chassis 504/C was sent to Carrozzeria Vignale on April 16, 1959. Curiously, the vehicle was barely completed a year later, on April 20, 1960, an extraordinarily long delay explained by the series of unique and special features that the car received: custom front and bumper, removal of the badge….
